I am looking for synchronicities…little cosmic winks. Magic threaded through the mundane. The text that comes at the perfect time. The opportunity that meets you the moment you say yes.
I am looking for color…vibrant, pulsing, alive.
I am looking for knowledge that awakens something ancient and wild in me. For curiosity that feels like fire. For kindness that cracks open the cold places. For humor that heals.
I am looking for rhythm. For music that pulls me into the river of life. I am looking for passion. For that breathless spark. For your sense of wonder…the kind that opens you up and says, “Look! Just look at this miracle we’re living in!”
And here’s the thing: my brain? She’s not just along for the ride. She’s a co-conspirator. A Partner. Navigator.

Let’s play…
Step 1
Go on a 20-minute or so “Beauty Walk.” No phone. Just you and your unbridled attention.
Step 2
During your walk, look for five things that surprise you with their beauty. They can be simple: the texture of a brick wall, the way sunlight moves across a leaf, the sound of splashing water near a rushing stream.
Step 3
After your walk, write down what you noticed. Not just what it was, but how it made you feel. What shifted in you?
Notice how when we attune to experiencing something like beauty, we begin to see it all around us. Everywhere. And, notice that these moments of affirmation of what we expect to see fill us with a certain delight and renewal that quickens our hearts while settling us into calm.
Cascading, rolling waves of delight, surprise—a frequency that matches that of the universe.
To live enchanted doesn’t mean escaping reality or floating through life in some gauzy daydream. It means seeing differently. It means reclaiming your sense of wonder, even when you’re tired.
It’s choosing to infuse meaning into the mundane. It’s remembering that we didn’t become a creator or a leader to be a cog in a machine—we came to rewrite the story.
