1. Eligibility: The Buoyant Book Bonus Paris Sweepstakes (the
“Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the United States and
Canada (excluding Quebec) who sign up at
InnovationandCreativityInstitute.com. Entrants must be 21 years of age
or older as of April 8, 2022, in order to qualify. Booksellers and others
purchasing for resale are not eligible. Employees of Sponsor or Page
Two Strategies Inc., their affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, and divisions
(the “Promotion Entities”), their immediate families (parent, child,
sibling, and spouse), and persons living in the same households of such
individuals (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in
the Sweepstakes.
2. Sponsor: The sponsor is InnovationCompass, LLC (“Sponsor”), located
at Post Office Box 1078, Highlands, North Carolina 28741.
3. Agreement to Rules: By entering this Sweepstakes, the Entrant (“You”)
agrees to abide by the Sponsor’s Official Rules and decisions, which are
fully and unconditionally binding in all respects. The Sponsor reserves
the right to refuse, withdraw, or disqualify any entry at any time at the
Sponsor’s sole discretion. By entering this Sweepstakes, You represent

4. Entry Period: This Sweepstakes begins on April 8, 2022 and ends on

entering your contact information and uploading a proofof-purchase photo. Bulk orders must be under the same
name. If you prefer, you can mail your proof-of-purchase
photo with your full name, telephone number, and email

(ii) Or enter without purchase by sending a postcard with your
full name, telephone number, and email address to Buoyant

6. Prize: The Winner will receive a Paris Prize Package consisting of:
• Airfare for Winner, round trip via Delta Airlines, Main Cabin seat,
from any city in the United States or Canada that Delta Airlines
services, to Paris CDG airport, departing Sunday, December 4,
2022, and returning Sunday, December 11, 2022. (ARV $800 –
$1,500, but depends on city of departure. Limit $2,500; if round
trip travel from Winner’s city would exceed the limit, Winner must
initiate travel from a city within the limit and must travel to that
departure city at own expense. If round trip travel is less than
estimated ARV, Winner is not entitled to any compensation for the
balance.)
• 6 nights’ stay at Hotel Au Manoir Saint-Germain des Prés on
Paris’s Left Bank (arriving at hotel on December 5, 2022 and
departing on December 11, 2022), including breakfast each

Total ARV of Paris Prize Package is $3,096 – $3,796 (depending on city of
departure). All retail values are listed in U.S. dollars. The actual/appraised
prize value may differ at the time the prize is awarded. Winner is responsible
for all ground transportation to and from airports, all transportation while in
France, and all meals excluding breakfast at the hotel each morning, and any
other expenses incurred during the trip.
Federal, state, and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Winner.
Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed
except in the Sponsor’s sole discretion. Should any Prize become unavailable
for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of the same
approximate retail value. Winner must provide the Sponsor with a valid
Social Security Number (United States) or Social Insurance Number (Canada)
or taxpayer-identification number before the Sponsor can award the prize.
Winner agrees to follow all COVID-19 protocols and restrictions required by
France and Winner’s home country.
7. Odds: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries for
each drawing. Sponsor cannot predict the number of entries.
8. Selection and Notification of Winner: Winner will be chosen at
random from all eligible entries and announced during the Launch Day
Livestream on September 6, 2022. Sponsor will also notify the Winner
by telephone and/or email shortly thereafter. Sponsor is not
responsible for Winner’s failure to receive notices for any reason. If
Winner (i) fails to respond to notification by September 13, 2022, (ii) is
found ineligible, or (iii) does not complete and return an executed
Affidavit of Eligibility and Compliance with Official Rules, Publicity
Release (optional), and Release of Liability by September 20, 2022, an
alternate Winner will be selected. Receipt of the Prize by Winner is
upon the condition of compliance with any and all federal, state, and
local laws and regulations.
9. General Conditions: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited.
Any entrant suspected of tampering with or disrupting any aspect of
the Sweepstakes will be disqualified. All decisions of Sponsor are final.
By your participation in the Sweepstakes, you (i) agree to be bound by
these Official Rules, and (ii) agree to release, indemnify, and hold the
Promotion Entities and all of their officers, directors, employees, and
agents harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, and damages
of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from your
participation in the Promotion, or from your acceptance, possession,
use, or misuse of any Prize.
10. Limitation of Liability: SPONSOR MAKES NO WARRANTIES OF ANY
KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION
IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A
PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT WITH RESPECT
TO THE PRIZES. SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT PERMIT
LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR
CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED
WARRANTIES. CHECK YOUR LOCAL LAWS TO DETERMINE IF ANY
OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO
YOU. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, incomplete,
or unintelligible entries, including entries not received because of
interrupted or unavailable network servers, failed communications
networks or equipment, computer hardware or software, or other
errors or malfunctions whether human, mechanical, or electronic.
Should Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determine that the Sweepstakes
has been compromised by virus, bugs, hackers, or other causes beyond
its control, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate or revise the
promotion and choose the Winner in a fair and reasonable manner
from among all eligible entries submitted prior to termination.
11. Disputes: All disputes concerning the construction, interpretation,
validity, effect, and enforceability of these Official Rules will be
governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without
regard to conflicts of laws provisions. Entrant agrees that exclusive
jurisdiction over any legal action arising out of or in connection with
the Promotion will be in state or federal courts located in or nearest to
Macon County, North Carolina, USA, and by entering consents to such
jurisdiction and venue and consents to resolve any such claims
individually and without resort to class action.
12. Privacy Policy: Information submitted with an entry is subject to the
Privacy Policy stated on the innovationandcreativityinstitute.com
website.
13. Winners List: For the Winner’s name, city, and state/province, send a
stamped, self-addressed envelope to InnovationCompass, LLC, Post
Office Box 1078, Highlands, North Carolina 28741, no later than
