A scattered mind is intuition in overdrive—take a moment to sit and listen to it, and you may find your focus is right there waiting for you.
I have already settled it for myself so flattery and criticism
go down the same drain and I am quite free.
Some days, our minds are a sky full of lightning.
Ideas flash. Tasks swirl. Energy pulls us in ten directions.
We’re building, creating, chasing—but not quite arriving.
We feel scattered, not because we lack discipline, but because we’re not sure which path deserves our full devotion.
Scattered energy and a scattered mind is often a symptom of self-doubt. Of fearing the wrong choice. Wondering if our ideas…we…are enough.
Clarity doesn’t come from perfect plans. It comes from self-trust. Faith in your vision. Faith in the next step.
Faith that you are not behind or running out of time.
Let’s listen beneath the clutter. And let our focus rise from that calm, rooted place where our truest work has been waiting all along.

Journal Through to Clarity
The following journaling exercise is designed to help you gently surface your intuition and inner guidance one question at a time, beginning with your scattered mind. Create some space for stillness and grab your journal and pen.
1. Witness the Scattered Mind
What’s currently pulling at my attention? List it all—tasks, ideas, worries, dreams, obligations.
Let it pour out. Don’t judge or organize. Just witness the storm.
What emotions are sitting beneath this scattered energy? (Overwhelm, fear of failure, excitement, confusion, bitterness, pressure to prove. Be honest.)
2. Rebuild Self-Trust
What idea, direction, or dream am I hesitating to commit to? Why?
Is there a part of me that doubts this path will work—or that I’m capable of making it work? What is that part afraid of?
What evidence do I already have that I can trust myself? Recall moments you made strong choices, even when it was hard.
3. Recenter & Choose
If I could only give my energy to one project or direction for the next 30 days, what would it be? What feels most alive, aligned, and/or is quietly calling me?
What would focusing on this path feel like in my body? Imagine it. (Would you feel calm? Confident? Grounded? Energized? Maybe even a little wild?)
What’s one small, doable step I can take today to move toward it from a place of calm trust, not pressure?
Focus isn’t something we force. It’s something we remember. A returning. A reclaiming. A quiet alignment with the deeper part of you that already knows—scattered mind or not.
Through stillness, reflection, and asking the right questions, we reconnect with it.
Reconnect with You
We don’t need to chase every idea or prove our worth through productivity. We only need to return to our own truth, our own rhythm, our own next step.
You are not behind. You are becoming.
