I don’t believe people are looking for the meaning of life
Joseph Campbell
as much as they are looking for the experience of being alive.
What were you doing in November of 2008? I was a sobbing heap, entering into my Nuclear Winter Period
I didn’t know that my years in the fire would turn me on a lathe of becoming which would shape me into whom I was destined to be, return me to my authentic self.
I didn’t know that great loss would nudge me toward tapping into my innate creativity and discovering that I no longer had to work without ceasing or strive for perfection or try to achieve my way out of self-doubt.
I didn’t know that I would come to point to those years as the turning point in my life, the birthplace of freedom, success, and happiness.
New Moon, New Beginnings
With this New Moon, we are all wrapping up a journey that began in November of 2008. What are you saying goodbye to, and what are you beginning?
The wonderful astrologer, Anne Ortelee, has this to say:
“The New Moon’s trine to Uranus in Taurus invites our creativity: thinking outside the box to build solutions to real-world problems. The Cardinal Earth sign of Capricorn helpfully stimulates Fixed Earth Taurus, producing the possibility of meaningful change.
As a matter of fact, we have a Grand Trine in Earth, with partnership asteroid Juno in Virgo making up the third point of the triangle. You do need support to create what you’re creating, and lucky for you, it is at hand!”
Do you feel the tug of creativity at your sleeve? Do you intuit that if you could crack into your vast intuition and imagination everything would change for you?
Do you know in your gut that this is your window to finally make the changes you have wanted to make for years?
