Set an alarm for ten minutes. Say the question out loud: What is weighing me down?
Now, without lifting your pen until the alarm sounds, just write your stream of consciousness thinking around that question. Don’t stop writing. Even if you don’t know what to write, keep going. It doesn’t need to make sense.
When the alarm sounds, go back and read what you wrote. Are there any nuggets of wisdom in there that reveal anything to you?

Now, what can you do to remove the ballast from your hot air balloon?
What can go today — right now?
Maybe it is an unhealthy habit. Maybe it is a toxic relationship. Maybe it is self talk that is too critical. Maybe it is being too busy to dive into your creativity. Maybe it is too much overdoing. Maybe it is too much physical “stuff” in your home and in your office. Maybe you haven’t had enough play in your life. Maybe you’ve lost touch with your intuition.
Whatever it is that feels like shackles to you, chuck it overboard. Hit escape velocity. Rise and soar.
