At times, it is tempting for the entrepreneurial leader to wall him or herself off from the world and withdraw. Certainly, recharging in solitude is a must, but prolonged isolating, especially during times of stress is not necessarily a healthy or wise choice. In these times, we should reach out for support, counsel, and advice from those in our inner circles, learning communities, and our coaches. Leaning into another’s strength, confidence, clarity, and experience can help us find our way, make sound decisions, and break through stuck spaces in our creative flow.
